It felt like a total bait and switch from what we were pitched in the emotional webinar sales intro to what the service and results were once we were signed on. We’d raise this occasionally and then get an extremely defensive email from the CEO. We eventually abandoned the idea of adopting as a result of our experience here. It’s a shame, we wasted 2 years of our lives waiting to start a family with this firm. I had extremely high hopes. I get there are background factors that were out of their control, but overall it was hard to have any sense of hope. This is a reflection of my individual experience.

This agency was the best when I considered putting my baby up for adoption. My caseworker Mia was the best in the world! She was there for me when I was feeling very low and talked to me through everything and understanding what I was going through without her I wouldn’t have found the best couple to choose for adopting my child, and I am forever grateful for this agency in my caseworker.

Wow! I am in awe of the incredible experience we had with AdoptHelp. From consultation, to matching with a birth mother, to celebrating with the team, the staff have been such a blessing to our family (now 3!). They were upfront with the costs, legal processes, and the waiting... AdoptHelp does have a high success rate (we matched in NINE months), in part they work nationally, but you could also tell they advocate for the birth mother as well as the adoptive parents.
