Well, I was devastated & still in shock! I scraped together every penny I had after my son spent 4 & 1/2 yrs in Nueces County Jail because he was falsely accused of a horrible crime by a Sick jealous Evil Narcissistic Monster. Adam did nothing for my son! I handed over $6,600 for him to get thrown under the bus. I mean any competent attorney would figure out spending all that time in county jail because he was TOTALLY INNOCENT wanted a good attorney to represent him & fight for him to prove his Innocence. He knew nothing about the case, no one was investigated, my son wanted a jury trial & 5 mins before court, my son was told about a plea deal....that is the worst thing he could've done for my son, made him lie & plead guilty which put him in shock, PTSD, there was No Assurance that he would fight to win his case. He wouldn't even have to fight, as there was NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, It shouldn't have been able to go to court anyway...he sure took my $6,600.00, so I was left with nothing and my whole family traumatized. I hope he sleeps well, because what he did to my son & me is just not right. It is nothing close to what we expected, far from it. He did the same thing to another mom & son & she tried to warn me...I will be reporting this to the BAR & BBB. And THE INNOCENCE PROJECT OF TEXAS HAS him on my list of 1107 Writs! If there is anything you can do for him this morning 01/27 in San Pat, before I speak to the BAR & BBB. I don't have a clue what San Pat is trying to do, but all of this corruption going on in our Judicial system has got to stop! All these people making false allegations & PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT, 1107 Writs(which is Ineffective Assistance of Counsel, no Investigations being done?? We finally have a Public Defender now, if the P.A. & P.D. would get together to see who is actually guilty and who needs to be punished. FALSE ACCUSERS NEED TO BE PUNISHED EVEN MORE FOR LYING & SO MUCH MORE, THERE WOULDN'T BE A OVER-CROWDING IN PRISONS. YOU WOULD THINK NO ONE WOULD FALSELY ACCUSE BECAUSE THEY WOULD GET A HARSHER MORE SERIOUS PUNISHMENT & ALL THAT ARE INVOLVED IN THE SYSTEM THAT ALLOWED CASE TO GO TO COURT & WASTE EVERYONES TIME THEY LOST FOR NOTHING...PUT YOURSELF IN A 19YR OLD'S SHOES FOR 5 YRS FOR NOTHING...! JUST THINK ABOUT IT, IF YOU HAD NO ONE TO HELP YOU & BELIEVE IN YOU & JUST THROWN UNDER THE BUS AND NOTHING TO HELP YOU? THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT PEOPLE INCARCERATED, PLEASE SUPPORT THE INNOCENCE PROJECT OF TEXAS, OR WHATEVER STATE YOU LIVE IN, THE RELY ON DONATIONS & ATTORNEY VOLUNTEERS PARALEGALS ETC...THEY ARE GOD SENT. AMEN!! 9AM SAN PAT, NEEDS SOME INVESTIGATING DONE THERE TOO! DIDNT YOU TELL ME YOU HAD A CLOSE FRIEND THAT WAS A JUDGE THERE ADAM???

Does not respond to inquiries or questions leaves the customer hanging

He may not answer it calls but one thing I know for sure is he will fight for his client to the fullest ....ilts like he has ...Douglas Tinker. ..running through his views. He is Scott Ellison, Ken Botary, Grant Jones and oh yes Douglas Tinker....All on one. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ .
