In December 2023, I was involved in a severe car accident in New Jersey. Following the incident, I reached out to Adam for legal assistance, and despite my case not being exceptionally large, he generously offered to represent me.
As I was scheduled to undergo surgery on January 25th, I received an unsettling call from the surgeon's office, informing me that the insurance company had withdrawn coverage. With only one day to spare before the surgery, I was deeply concerned that I might miss the critical procedure.
I promptly contacted Adam, who swiftly intervened. Later that evening, the surgeon's office called to confirm that the surgery was still scheduled, and all necessary arrangements were in place.

I spoke to Adam regarding a medical malpractice case we are filing now. While we ultimately decided to not use Adam, I felt it necessary to write a review for him.
To begin, he is rude, very rude, demeaning, egotistical and not a good person. Additionally, whether he intends to be or not (I suspect the latter, as it is my opinion that he is not nearly as intelligent as he believes), he is very transparent, and that is not a good thing for him. It’s very clear, deep down inside, this despicable human being (my opinion) is not looking out for any of his clients best interests, rather, he is going to settle as soon as possible to take his cut and move on to his next victim; don’t let it be you.

I'm really lucky that Adam was the Lawyer that I reached out to....I'm a very shy & Non-confrontational person but Adam was there to walk me thru the process step by step putting up with my nature to want to walk away and hide under a rock. Thank You so Much Adam!

It’s easy to be scammed by ambulance chasing attorneys... but this firm does its job and Adam is great!

i hired Adam Epstein back in August 2018 for medical malpractice case
the doctor left a big scar and dimple on my face that look horrible and hurts me all the time after i eat something cold or hot
he took my case without hesitation
but his intention was never go to trial, he just wanted to make quick buck for settlement
after he realize that we will probably need to go to trial he never pick up the phone, no emails back from him and after 7 months wasting my time he emailed me that he quits on me and that i need to hire another lawyer asap because in 2 months i will not be able to file a claim
how in the world lawyer can do it to his client?? Now i have to rush and try to find someone who will take my case with no time to waste
STAY AWAY FROM HIM UNLESS YOU WANT HIM WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOSE A CASE
