Debt collector - I had received a missed call from this practice not knowing what is was for. I called back and it was for an outstanding medical bill that I had missed payment on. Justin D, one of their associates had called me informing of this. I wanted to understand the scope of the call and had shared with their associate that i would like to call my insurance + attorney to understand before paying a random law office. He proceeded to laugh & be condescending as to why I would consult my insurance and attorney. He also shared no one consults their attorney for bills and if I don’t want to pay this bill then I will have a derogatory mark on my credit. The associate was very confrontational so I decided to call the manager Lisa. She apologized and I had a pleasant experience with her. She said she would send me all of the information via email so I can pay my bill with the provider. She also stated that she would follow up with a phone call advising she did.. she in fact did not follow up and I never received the documents. I would not pay these people, reach out directly to the provider and avoid the pushy middle man.

Very unprofessional! I told the gentlemen I never had an account that was in collections and there was fraud on my account that I closed a while ago. He told me it was mine and he was documenting as true and refusal to pay... In more or less words. Then he hung up on me. What a JERK...

This office is conducting illegal inquiries on your credit pretending they are collecting child support. They are a bill collector and the inquiry is a hard hit on your report under false pretenses. They are unethical and a BBB complaint along with a dispute to all 3 credit bureaus was filed. I had to give 1 star to be able to leave this comment.
