Tried to set up and estate planning through this firm. The secretary Francesca calls me the day of my appointment scheduled 2 weeks prior and asks me when my appointment was. She tells me everything is crazy and she's unorganized. She then confirms our original appointment is still OK, then asks me what paper work I collected for the appointment. 2 weeks prior on a phone consultation with Mike he assured me all I needed was an ID. This place is a hot mess, probably have better luck sending your estate through probate than dealing with these people. 3500$ for an easte planning I expect to work with professionals. 💯 do not come here you will regret it. Absolutely horrible experience, and waste of time.
