En 2024 enfrentábamos muchos problemas relacionados a mi embarazo, apenas había llegado a California. Buscamos a Margarita por recomendación de una amiga y le consultamos si podía ayudarme con mi situación legal de ajuste de estatus y petición, ella aseguró que si, pero NO. Ella retrasó todo mi proceso por un OLVIDO, respecto a un pago, no llenó todos los formularios ni me explicó todos los pagos y requisitos mínimos para que aceptaran la papelería. No reunimos toda la papelería nos la regresaron y perdimos tiempo valioso para garantizar mis cuidados médicos con el seguro de mi esposo. Además de eso, no nos dio un presupuesto real de cuánto íbamos a gastar en el proceso. Margarita no es una abogada de inmigración, lamentablemente no me di el tiempo de investigarla más, confíe cuando ella aceptó mi caso asegurándome que podía y sabía lo que hacía, al final yo hice toda mi papelería y envíe todos mis documentos sola, siguiendo paso a paso lo publicado por USCIS, ¡lo logramos! entonces ahora, me doy cuenta de que ella no sabía lo que hacía y por alguna razón me asesoró super mal. No la recomiendo.
