I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this law firm. Before moving forward with my case, I made it very clear that I did not have the financial means to cover medical bills out of pocket. I repeatedly asked whether my case was strong enough to pursue, and I was consistently reassured that it was.

Based on that reassurance, I agreed to move forward. However, the outcome did not reflect the confidence that was initially communicated, and I was ultimately left in a difficult financial position.

One of my biggest concerns was the lack of direct communication. Despite requesting to speak with the attorney handling my case, I never had the opportunity to do so. Instead, I was assigned a case manager who, in my experience, did not seem fully informed about the details or progress of my case.

Overall, I feel that my expectations were not properly managed, and I wish there had been more transparency about the risks involved. I would encourage others to make sure they have direct access to their attorney and a clear understanding of potential outcomes before proceeding.

Nope 110% man. And I was a client. I was in a car crash. My car got totaled. You didn’t want to go through with my claim all the way. So instead of geting the full amount I was told. I got much less. But I understand. Your track record is more important. This was years ago. I got a birthday card and remembered. Ty.

The journey was worth it at the end. They did a great job negotiating the liens.
