The whole process for our claim took over 2 years to come to a settlement agreement and final payments, but we understood that this would be the process. Ultimately, the outcome was favorable, and we had good final results due to the hard work of Albert, Nick, and our case managers at Abkarian Law. When we first met Albert, he was knowledgeable on his evaluation of our claim and what the process would be like. We warmed up to him right away since he was professional, yet kind and understanding. He gave honest guidance on steps to proceed with liability determinations, trial or settlements, and the compensation process. It does take time, especially with other parties trying to fight liability. But we knew we could trust Abkarian Law and the process. Nick was good at preparing us and answering questions about the process as well. The case managers also put in work in having to deal with insurance, medical claims, and liens. I also work in parts of this field, so I know how long it may take for responses and agreements. There were some delays and some concerns, but some have to do with the nature of our case and delays with other parties. We were sometimes frustrated, but we also understood the process as it was made known to us by Albert, Nick, and case managers. We also understood the amount of work Albert and Nick did for us and for our case to proceed favorably.
