Horrible experience with this law firm! Britt Braggs and William Abell are not attorneys I'd recommend to an enemy! You've been warned.

If I could give him zero stars I would have. I'm not his client nor will I ever be! He was with a client at the doctor's office today & he spoke to her like she was a kindergartener. He would ask her a question & as she was trying to answer him he would holler at her & say "Just answer the question!" She continued to try to answer him again & he said "Just answer THE QUESTION!" He made sure to enunciate every word. I was getting ready to say something but they called me back to the room. Low & behold they placed them in the room next to me & I heard him fussing at her still. I was so angry at what he was doing to her & I was angry with myself for not making him stop. Every time he would belittle her like that, in the waiting room, he would look up at me & just stare. I went up to him after he left the building & I said "May I ask you a question?" I then proceeded to ask him not to talk to people like that out in public because he truly humiliated her in the crowded waiting room & I felt sorry for her. He told me that he had just spent the last 5 hours with her & she wouldn't answer the questions straight. He told me that if I felt sorry for her that it was my problem & he told me, & I quote, "Kiss my A**!" The whole waiting room listened to him belittle her. I went back in the building to tell her that I was so sorry I didn't say something to him when he was trying to make her look stupid to the whole building. She was red faced & was crying & I felt so sorry for her. I told her that she needs to get herself another lawyer & I suggested one to her. She said she had only used him because he had worked with her husband & he had never spoken to him like that. But of course not because he was another man. There were also other people, one was a man, in there when I talked to her that said he wished he would've said something to him too. William Abell was the talk of the office after he left. He was rude & arrogant! I wouldn't hire him for anything in the world!! Husband's please don't allow your wives to be alone with him so he can treat your wife like he did this lady today.
