I can't say enough good things about our representation by Megan Mitchell of Abdnour Weiker. She is a great advocate for children that have ADHD and Autism, that are having a hard time adjusting to a changing social environment at school. The school and court systems are very black and white, and don't recognize some of the challenges kids have with these issues. We are grateful someone like Megan is there to represent them.

I contacted Abdnour Weiker LLP regarding a potential student rights and education law matter and communicated directly with Megan Mitchell, Esq. I provided information about my situation and was initially told that she would be willing to discuss the matter and arrange a consultation.

After I followed up and prepared to move forward, I was informed that the firm believed the matter was outside the statute of limitations and that they would not be able to assist. While I appreciate receiving a response, I was disappointed that this issue was not identified earlier in the intake process.

Seeking legal guidance for a serious and personal matter can be difficult, and I was hoping for a more thorough initial review before moving forward. I hope the firm improves its intake process so prospective clients receive clearer expectations sooner.
