Mr. Presley and Mr. Pitters,

I am Fredrika Morrissette Miller and I was assigned to Mr. Presley by the MVLP Peyton Faulk, after my court date with Judge Shashey in September 2024. I attempted to get in touch with Mr. Presley in person and via phone concerning my case which involved the illegal tax sale of my home 3156 Cloverdale Rd Montgomery, Alabama 36106. I never received any contact besides the amount of money owed to unpaid taxes on a piece of paper which I finally got after months of no contact. I was never allowed to see any discovery in the case from Presley or Todd Miner who represented the company that illegally bought my home in a fraudulent tax sale.
I found out after my case was decided by Judge Hardwick, that there were court dates that I was never notified of and was not allowed to be present to argue the facts in my case. I asked for documentation, and to this day I have been ignored by Presley. I lost my home. I have ASD-1 autism and I was not given my rights as a human being to be present in a court of law. My civil rights have been violated by Mr. Presley and I want him to be held accountable for what he allowed to happen to me.
I would like all the documentation that was gathered in my case. I would also like to know why I was never notified of court dates.
I would also like to know how the MVLP can take federal funding and refuse to give adequate representation to a person with autism.

He was an amazing attorney. With his sharp knowledge on law and finding the bottom line of the accusations that’s being said while in trial , he made a huge difference let’s just say he played a role in getting my case dismissed. If you can’t handle the truth and not take things personal, and can’t accept reality , he’s not your choice. Very to the point type of lawyer. Pitters for council 2025 ‼️‼️
