Best lawyer in Knoxville! He is very liked in the courtroom by the judges and DA I was very impressed with my outcome! If your in need of an attorney Phil is the one you want on your side! Recently we have used Hoai Robinette and he is just as good as Phil. He is so nice and literally one of the best lawyers in town! Unfortunately, I had to get an attorney to represent me against a misunderstanding/injustice that could be so overwhelming and changed my and my family’s life forever. A friend of mine recommended Phil, who I heard before from the News. From our first phone call, I could tell that Phil is knowledgeable, brilliant, protective, and a strategic thinker. So I asked Phil to represent me after our first phone call when I had no idea how the thing would go.
Fortunately, I had Phil as my legal representation. Phil worked hard and fought harder. I remembered his email reply around midnight and phone calls the following day at 7 am.
