This lawyer is horrible I would not recommend this firm to any landlord.. he sued the wrong name despite us giving him our original lease agreement... When u sue a business you are allowed to keep the equipment in the store as collateral...this lawyer did not get out rent back and blamed us for the mistake when he made the error costing us all the equipment in the store .. he's also been sued for evicting new Yorkers without legal justification
