Made an appointment for consultation over the phone regarding two specific questions I had, paid the consultation fee earlier in the week and was told I would be called by Attorney Knych at 3 p. My phone did not ring but I got a voicemail saying she would call back. I called the office within minutes of the message but was told that the attorney was no longer available and that I could reschedule my appointment if I wanted.

I paid for a certain amount of time and wasn't even given the opportunity to speak with an attorney about the questions I had. Office manager said she wasn't sure why the attorney who left me the message wasn't available and that there were no other attorneys available.

Do not recommend based on my experience. Will be reaching out to other agencies to address the questions I have.
