My mother scheduled an appointment for her parents both of which are hard of hearing. They were referred by a friend who had good things to say about Lary Wright. However, when they walked in to meet Bill, he did not stand up and introduce himself, in fact he didn’t stand up a single time. My mother reiterated several times that her parents could not hear him with the mask he was wearing and he refused to speak up or take off the mask. He was wearing a graphic t-shirt with a leather bomber jacket which they found to be unprofessional considering how serious the matters being discussed were and the cost of the consultation. He seemed frustrated that they wanted general legal advice instead of asking questions; however, none of them have any legal knowledge that would allow them to know what questions they should be asking. When they left, he once more couldn’t be bothered to stand up or shake anyones hand. Seems like he didn’t need their business so they went somewhere with more professionalism and respect.
