From the beginning, I felt unsure about becoming a client of this law firm but hearing they had a good reputation led me to believe that my nerves were taking over me. What bothered me was that during my consultation I was explained the timeline of the process yet none has happened. I tried calling the phone number listed and I get send to some sort of call center with representatives who know nothing about the case. In difficult times having a contact number for your law firm is extremely important it's scary to think this firm is not providing this kind of support.

Horrible services don’t know about customer service rude paralegals talk over you in a not professional way never can talk to the lawyer assign to you overall horrible don’t work with them I regret it
