I've been trying to talk to my paralegal for 10 days and the only thing they tell me is that there's no one available and that they'll call me back, but that never happens. Every time I try to talk to my paralegal, it's the same thing: they're never available. They don't respond to emails. I've already opened complaints and they don't resolve them. In the app to track my case, there are no updates and the emails sent by the app are recorded but never responded to.

Piden a sus clientes que dejen una buena reseña de 5 estrellas para tener la oportunidad de ganar entradas. Este bufete de abogados es una estafa. No hacen nada por su caso. Estoy devastada por todo el dinero que gané con tanto esfuerzo y tiempo perdido. Recibí una carta por correo diciendo que mi caso será cancelado si no se toman medidas. No han estado haciendo su trabajo. ¿Y por qué responden a estas malas reseñas como si fueran buenas? Están completamente locos. Además, nunca podrá ver a la verdadera abogada Mary Teruya; siempre funciona por llamadas de Zoom con personas al azar. Qué triste. No puedo creer que caí en la trampa. Tenía tantas esperanzas.

STAY AWAY!!! if you see any good review here they have been bought with concert tickets or events! They ask their clients to leave a good 5 star review to be entered for a chance to win tickets. This law firm is a scam. They do not get anything done for your case. I am devastated in all the hard earned money I gave them with time wasted. I got a letter in the mail saying my case will be terminated if no action is taken. They have not been doing their job. And why are they answering to these bad reviews like if it were a good one? They are absolutely crazy. You will also never be able to see the real attorney Mary Teruya its always worked by zoom calls with random people. How sad. I cant believe I fell for it. I was so hopeful.
