I’m extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by this office, especially by the attorney I was transferred to. I initially called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes, only to be hung up on. I had to call back and start the process all over again, only to be met with complete hostility. I was calling to clarify a judgment that had already been addressed years ago — I had submitted proof of insurance to the court and had the matter dismissed due to the amount of time that had passed. Instead of professionalism or assistance, I was met with a rude, dismissive tone from the attorney who seemed genuinely annoyed that I had questions. Every time I tried to clarify or ask for help, he aggressively pushed me to pay a lump sum of over $7,000 — without acknowledging my court history or offering a path forward. This was my first time going through anything like this, and instead of being given any help or direction, I was made to feel like a nuisance. The receptionist was polite and took my information, but no one provided me with any documentation or meaningful assistance. This office is the definition of unprofessional. If you’re dealing with them, be prepared for long wait times, no transparency, and an attorney who talks down to you rather than helping resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable.
