Sam was very supportive from the get-go during the visa filing process & an empathetic person to talk to for people seeking immigration help. Mr. Randall was recommended to us by another person he helped. My wife needed help updating her status with the US immigration. We provided all the necessary documentation and received detailed instructions on how we should proceed with our application. After that, it was a matter of time before we received confirmation in the mail. To our surprise, it happened really fast, only took six months after submitting the application for to get approval!
