Mark Bennett was disrespectful of my time and extremely rude. After he needed to reschedule due to a personal matter, Mark's assistant couldn't bother to inform me until I inquired after the day had passed. A new call was scheduled and then cancelled again two hours prior. Austin, the assistant, sent an email asking for my availability in the afternoon but then never followed up.

When I courteously raised this concern, I received an extremely rude phone call telling me that "no one bad-mouths his assistant." Well, a little communication goes a long way. It was even more clear that Mark doesn't respect my time or business after he basically told me the $500 I paid him to review a document was not worth the hassle.
