I had a phone consultation with Chad Eichorn from Pearson Bollman Law on February 4, 2025. Next steps after that call were, 1) I email him some documents (which I did immediately) and, 2) he email me a client agreement.

Over the next five weeks, I did not hear a peep from Mr. Eichorn, despite my emails and phone messages. I finally got a receptionist to insist that he reach out to me. When he did, he said all my emails went to his junk file... including that email with sensitive documents. I asked him if my phone messages got lost as well, and he could not answer that.

He then asked me for information which had nothing to do with my issue. When I corrected him, he admitted that he could not recall what we had discussed and that he must've lost his notes.

I would not recommend any professional who is so completely empty-headed and irresponsible to "lose" so much. I think I can accurately say, Chad Eichorn is a LOSER... in the truest sense of the word.

We hired Thad Murphy so my boyfriend could get disability because he was homeless for 10 years living on the streets in Iowa and needed urgent help. Thad heard his story and said get his medical records and let me take a look, within a few days he had gone over 3,000 plus pages of medical records and decided to take it on, during covid! Remember how the courthouses were backed up canceling hearings and trials. Less than 6 months he called us to sit in on a phone hearing and a few weeks later got the decision! He got it! After over 12 times turned down by ssa with himself trying to get disability, Thad Murphy was successful that 1 time. I recommend him greatly and he got my boyfriend some income to finally be able to take care of himself and get the resources he deserved after living in America as a homeless person for 10 years!
