She was inline with other attorneys I spoke with, but with Amy I had a sense of caring from her voice, that I didn’t feel from the others. She made me feel comfortable. Maybe a week later after okaying the changes, Amy sent me the rest of the estate plan documents to review. We had another conversation to go over all the documents and to ensure I understood them. Where are you I needed to sign etc. Which I really appreciate. Finally she sent me instructions in writing basically reiterating what she told me over the phone.
