She did me wrong as well. Worst lawyer ever. Sure wish i would have gotten my friend David Black or someone else better. Anyways me and a guy I grew up with walked inside Double doors that were wife open into a building that hadn't been used for anything in 15 years and was spray painted all throughout and windows busted and the whole top floor was flooded etc and this guy bought the building after we went to jail for. Wing in there and then came and testified that there were two ait compressors missing out the kitchen and that he didn't know if me and my friend got them or not which we certianly didn't and didn't but have anything but the guy that bought looked up the prices online of them 1800 dollars and we got charged with them because I didn't know what I was doing and she told me to take a.plea deal and I just wanted out of jail too so I did and wish I would have known and not took the plea deal now cause like I said we certainly didn't get them and dont know who did but we got charged with them even though we didn't get them now I got a stealing after breaking and entering charge when we didn't break into anything we walked straight on in double doors that was wide open and just wanted to look around cause we heard the building as haunted but wasn't stealing anything. She is the worst lawyer ever.

I had two cases over 2019-2021 That Deidre represented me on. One someone lied and said drugs in a car was mine both people went too jail turned out he set people up for the county and was out before booking was done with me. She really didn't have any drive to handle the case proper nor do i think she even believed me although she admitted she would represent him in the past for working with cops. While waiting on this case I was a shooting victim had Cannabis in the home and the county arrested me for getting shot at and happen to having weed in my house. I wasn't home when my house was shot. Again zero interest in what i wanted which was a trial she kept pushing me to take this bad plea with a concealed carry charge I HAD to tell her you have to have willing intent to hide a weapon for it to be concealed. The Da tossed out her gun cases that day. Thanks Scott Reilly a real attorney and Real DA for that advice years ago. Once I got that handled through her my plea was up for a 90-96 fist time drug offense i did not want this plea because the heavy handed chance to come out a felon if ANY 1 THING goes wrong in the time your under supervision. However she seemed like she would of folded in front of trial we never even worked out a defense just her opinion of the facts. I waited 15 minutes until the end of court to accept my plea with the reassurance i would not have it on my record as long as i finished it would be removed. I took the plea completed my classes in record time and she could not get me scheduled back in front of a judge for 3 months LONGER than the judge requested. I still completed everything and got my case dismissed however I feel fooled. Now its been a couple years and i need to find work or help i have a record thats clean but shows im a felon and she tells me to hire an attorney and get it expunged..... If i knew i was going to have to use another attorney for people to not think i was a coke dealer when i wasn't I would of risked loosing my case with a public defender in trail and we didnt have a defense ready.
