I recommend the firm of McGarry and Simon highly and without reservation. My situation was so complex and layered with death and real estate and live-in girlfriends, Transfer on Death papers, misconduct by plaintiffs and attorneys on both sides, family members acting irrationally, you name it.

At one point I appeared pro-se, I fired my first two attorneys. I have no idea why she kept trying to spike my argument. Luckily, on my day in court, I was granted a judgement to continue in my favor! I used that time to reach out to the bar and the Public Office inside the Brooklyn Court Building, and made a lot of calls. Some attorneys frighten people. I wasn't intimidated by my opposition, I ran right at them, but I had to find a LION of a QB to move this across the red zone. My efforts led to William Simon of McGarry and Simon, thank heaven.

Mr. Simon took control with the cool, assertive, knowledgeable style that is his hallmark in contentious situations. His handling of this affair was a true masterpiece of collaboration between his office (prominently including the brilliant Ms. Rim) and his client, me. We fought hard to overcome a Gordian knot of hostile, complicated legal arguments, illogical demands and cut through to a logical, just conclusion in my favor. It was a resounding, life changing victory. Without exaggeration, the best comeback victory ever!

My grandfather passed away last year, intestate, and I bore the responsibility to settle his affairs due to my grandmother's compromised health. I was completely out of my depth and unsure how to navigate the probate process, especially with COVID-19 looming in the background. Had it not been for his years of experience and personable approach to his clients, I shudder to think what would have become of my grandfather’s legacy.
