So glad that Hardin, Ball & Tondreault, PA were able to take on the legal issues and sale of my deceased mother's Trust property, of which I was the grieving Trustee. The retainer fee was very reasonable, and Paula Vann (from their Real Estate Department) was the top-notch performer & guide on all of the issues involved. She knew when to consult with me and I encouraged her to work with my out of state buyer, should he ever call her. She handled all issues thru escrow and closing, drawing up condo sale agreements, and securing signatures in a most cordial, yet professionally efficient manner. She made the process so smooth and effortless for both me and my buyer. I can't think of any firm that could handle this type of situation any better than the way Paula completed this one. The Trust's remaining expenses were surprisingly very minute and addressed in the Closing Documents. It was so pleasantly easy. I am convinced that Paula Vann is the legal world's Wonder Woman.
