I called this office to get assistance with my situation. I was emailed an intake form, which I filled out. I was given a day and time to call in for my initial consultation. When that day and time came, I called in as instructed. The person that answered the phone told me that I would be receiving a phone call instead even though the email I received said for me to call in. I waited 45 min for the call, but I never received the call. I called back and no one answered my call. I left a message, but no one ever called back and it's been a couple of weeks. If they weren't interested in assisting me, it should have been stated from the beginning.
