My realtor tricked me into using this place. Their fees are very high. My investment property will be about $2,000 all together since I traded up on my realtor, while Chandler and Gibson carved over $2,650. My mortgage broker also said they were not good to work with as well. Also they never notified me when my check was ready for pickup, even though they said they would. I am not sure why their prices are so high, but I recommend you shop around for better rates and better customer service.
