This story is only referring to Andy Patzig a lawyer at this firm. I had the displeasure of working with Andy. I had a circuit court case, about a month before trial me and Andy had a disagreement and Andy decides he wants to quit. He tells me he is going to ask to be removed and ask for a continuation. Fifteen days before circuit court Andy is supposed to file witnesses and exhibits with the court and he DID NOT. I’m pretty sure he lied to the judge and told him that I didn’t have any evidence. This couldn’t be further from the truth as me and his paralegal spent days feverishly getting the discovery out. A few days later he goes to court and he is allowed to be removed from my case but I was not granted a continuance. I get to circuit court and surprise surprise because good ole Andy didn’t turn in my witness list and exhibits I could not testify on my behalf or present any evidence causing me to lose custody of my child. Like I can t even speak to her! Buyer Beware!!
