We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Dinneen's firm! We were looking for assistance with a court appearance in Northern California, while we were located in Southern California and unable to attend in person. Steven's firm was the first to offer help, and they did so with efficiency, kindness, and patience. I would like to remain anonymous. Do not hire them. I cannot speak for all of the attorneys in this office, but I will say I thought I was hiring Steven but as soon as my check cleared, I was passed on to a much junior attorney who was not even a family law specialist could not answer questions, just did not always know the actual law had terrible instincts. Often seemed lost showed up to court and my hearings unprepared never filed any stipulations or paper work on time if even at all. Constantly would tell me he would do something and never follow through. Oh my God the amount of times this guy said yes I’ll do that and then didn’t. And every time I had to send an email to remind him to do anything it cost me money. I was being charged for emails. I never got replies to or answers on. It was awful. $20,000 in and I got absolutely nowhere with my divorce. I left this law firm and went to another one and I cannot even tell you how night and day it was. My new attorney responds to everything within 24 hours, But often times via text she’s just immediately available. she even sent opposing counsel an email saying I am highly concerned about the cost that this divorce is incurring for both of our clients. this is a simple straightforward, divorce very few assets. It should not be this hard. You are not filing stipulations in a timely manner. I have to constantly follow up with you please get it done. Long story short in a fraction of the time and half the amount of money I got my divorce settled With a different attorney. I achieved more than this law office could do over the course of an entire year And twice as much money. This law office Does not care about you as an individual or person. They are out to drain you of all your money. It’s in their benefit to not get it done for you. Why was another attorney able to get my divorce finalized with a fraction of the money and a fraction amount of the time? This office couldn’t even secure my child support or Custody arrangement. They got nothing done for 20 thousand dollars.
